Create Your Free Account

Go to Systeme.io and click "Get Started Free." Enter your name, email, and password. No credit card required. You'll land on your dashboard in under 60 seconds.

Set Up Your First Funnel

From your dashboard, click Funnels → Create Funnel. Name it something like "Lead Magnet Funnel." Systeme.io will create a default funnel with three steps: an opt-in page, a sales page, and a thank-you page.

Design Your Opt-In Page

Click on the first funnel step (opt-in page). The drag-and-drop editor opens. You'll see sections for a headline, subheadline, image, and opt-in form. Edit the headline to describe your freebie — e.g., "Free Guide: 10 Ways to Grow Your Email List." Add a brief description of what they'll get. The email form is already connected to your Systeme.io contact list.

Create Your Freebie Delivery Email

Go to Emails → Automations → Create Automation. Set the trigger to "When a contact subscribes to [your funnel]." Add an email step. Write a friendly welcome email that includes a link to your freebie (upload the file to Systeme.io's file manager or link to Google Drive).

Build Your Sales Page

Go back to your funnel and click the second step (sales page). This is where you sell your product or service. Use the editor to add: a compelling headline, bullet points of benefits, testimonials (if you have them), a price, and a buy button. Connect the buy button to a Stripe or PayPal account in Settings → Payment Gateways.

Customize the Thank-You Page

Click the third funnel step (thank-you page). This is what customers see after purchasing. Thank them, tell them what happens next, and include any access instructions for your product or course.

Publish and Test

Click Publish in the top-right corner. Your funnel is now live at a Systeme.io URL. Copy the link, open it in an incognito window, and test the full flow: opt in → receive email → view sales page → (optional) test purchase.
